I have a client which the computer is doing something very odd...When we try to print off the internet and browser, it prints the header & footer but the middle is totally blank...This happened on Window 2000 & we upgraded to XP and it still doing same thing. The printer is Lexmark z33 and I have downloaded the current drivers.

Check the setup for the print, you might just be printing frames. Worst case, right click the frame and select print

Hi, try to use a post script driver instead of PCL (or PCL instead of postscript).

Hope this helps. Please let know if this resolve your issue

This isn't a background printing issue, within IE, is it? To check, click "Tools", "Options", "Advanced", scroll to "Printing", and tick the box labelled "Print background colours and images".

Then try printing again.

Hope this helps,
Dan

I'm having a similar problem with outlook printing html emails. The header down to the subject prints but nothing else. May be this is related. I logged the user onto another machine and the same thing happens. But if I log on to that machine it prints fine. Seems to be a profile issue. I'm still investigating. Any ideas that could help?
