browser address bar

Hello I have a question, My browser address bar works as a search engine and I don't wanted cause it send me differents pop ups, and it is annoying for me. I want to uninstall this task but I don't know where to go to uninstall it.

If someone can help me I will appreciate.

It works as a search engine eh? Is it something like "internet optimizer" or something like that? Does it prevent you from going to certain website or stuff? Cos it might be a virus of sorts... Could try getting a decent spyware removal tool like adaware or spysweeper
