WHEN IS THE INFORMATION LOST ON A BROWSE MASTERS COMPUTER IF DISCONNECTED FROM A NETWORK?

Adam,

Not a problem - when a browse master is disconnected there will be an election and another pc/server will become browsemaster. Just a list of computers on the network when you reconnect the browse list will be recreated.

This is of course dependant on both netbios and the computer browser service being available. One intersting point is that the elections are determined via OS and version so WIn2k machines are more likely to win elections to become browse master than NT machines in a mixed environment.
Unless you have specific problems I wouldn't worry about this :)

Cheers
