Broken Object Library Refs

Somewhere, somewhen, I could've sworn I've seen some code to refresh all library refs...but now I can't find it anywhere....

Anyone else familiar with this? I've seen some things in my search that will let you view info about them, but not the code that will automatically refresh them...
