Broadcast Messages

Some of my users are complaining that their getting broadcast messages a lot later than other users (sometime a day late).

My questions are these:

Is there any way in MM to look at the detail of each broadcast message to see what time the messages enter the mailbox?

How does MM assign the order that broadcast are being sent to mailboxes...by extension or last name?

Can we make it so the voicemail light on the 4610 lights up when broadcast messages are received?

Ok I think I know what you're referring to. In MM, I under LOGS, I checked the Enhanced-List delivery failure log and nothing show up.

Any other suggestions?
