Problem is from time to time(maybe once/month) hunt group is shutting down & ceases to ring extensions. I then take extensions out of hunt group & then add them back.
I have 2 extensions that are in a hunt group(#707) that receive calls when a caller selects 7 from the Auto Attendant/CCR tree. These are 2 very busy phones & I had the busy option set for a que with 30 seconds & overflow back to Hunt group 707. One technician suggested I put the que # of seconds selection to 15 seconds.
Please advise on what the cause of/solution to problem is.
