Hello folks! Im trying to (remotly) help out a buddy with his new 3300 / Unversal NSU setup. I have never laid eyes on this thing, im not even in the same state with it, and have never worked on a Mitel before. (Nortel 11C yes, Mitel no.) Anywho, they bought this from a company that went out of businss and have even had some local Mitel folks working on it, but the PRI is being a stumper. First off was the NSU didnt care for the Version 1.7 database they were trying to feed it from the IMAT program. Turns out its much happier with Ver 1.6 databases. The NSU repoorts these software versions: OS version(s): Vxworks 5.4
BSP Version: 4.2/2
ISDN PACKAGE version: 1.6.1.13
Database Version: 08.05.00
The company ordered a full PRI from telco, 23B+D, and we can get the red alarm cleared, but nothing we have tried so far will bring the D channel up. Typical NSU log:
