We have 3 G700 and a S8500 which is remotely connected to s8720 at hub site?

We need to save translation(where do we run this command) and then poweroff all three G700 and S8500.

My understanding is that we run command " save Trans " on hub s8720 and then shut off G700 manually which will bring S8500 into local mode from LSP mode and use web interface to power off S8500?

is that correct or some thing iam missing?

I am not sure about the power down command but I know the translation. Go into 513 emulation (or GEDI) and type sa tra all (save translation all). This saves to all servers.

We did a reset system ## to reboot one of our PBX systems, but I am not sure a remote commnand to shut it down and power off. I think it runs a unix like environment, in unix it would be shutdown -h now (-h for halt and now for the time you want it to execute).

Hope this helps!
