What should be a simple step has become a week long search for a way to bring Publisher's blue guides (that I've moved there myself)to the front. Does anyone have the answer for me? Thanks in advance

bring guides to the front

I mainly use Pub 2000, and I don't think you can bring the guides to the front as they are not objects as such. If all of your text boxes and other objects are filled, perhaps you could leave the fill out until you've lined everything up.
