brightstor v11 sql agent issue over 2 domains

we have 2 seperate domains and you can't connect between the 2, no pings no nothing.

we have installed the brightstor client agent on a server in the 2nd domain. it could be seen in brightstor in the other domain straight away

but for the first time we have installed the SQL agent to use in the 2nd domain on that server as well.

do we need to open up the brightstor SQL agent port on the firewall?

is that just 6070?

Hi,

Open the following ports :
For the windows client agent : 6050 + 6051
For sql agent : 6071 + 445 (NetBIOS over TCP)

Moreover, agent's RPC use a dynamic port given by windows, but you can set it editing the file PortsConfig.cfg.
