Brightstor / Domino - Backup causing Domino Service to Stop

Hi,

I have Brightstor 11.5 SP3 installed on Windows 2003 server, which is used for Lotus Notes Archiving.

Recently, the backup has started to crash the Lotus Notes service when the job begins. Oddly, its not the backup of the actual Notes DB thru the agent that crashes it, but the backup we have of just the C/E/Sys State?

Any ideas??
