Bridged Call appearance 1

I have programmed a bridged call appearance on an Admin Assistant's phone, but she is unable to transfer calls on this line. I checked COR and COS but no such setting appears in there. Has anyone experienced this and fixed it?

you need at least two call app of the remote phone, the 1st and 2nd button to do it without manualy choosing the main phones own call app button to transfer.

If you only bridged one appearence then the system is looking for another Button with the same extension. You have two choices. 1- bridge appearence 2. 2-Change a setting on page 2 of the station form sample below:
Auto Select Any Idle Appearance? y

Setting this to y wil select any appearence.
