Bridged Appearences

Hi all

Does anyone know if you can restict the names of calling parties appearing on your display. What it is , is that i have a banks of desks with bridged app of each other. When they are on a call, and a call comes in ( external or internal) to a phone where they have a bridged app the line displays on the screen of who is calling and what extn it is.I know this is a feature used by sec/managers but these guys hate it.i have tried bridge app alerting to no. I need the set up as bridged app aas this is the only way this set up will work.

Hi, I am not sure if there is anyway to stop the names, but
you can program these phone types without display, then they will see nothing.
Good look with these wonderful guys.
