bridged appearances must be removed before removal 1

I'm still new with the definity and phone systems in general. I'm trying to delete a user that has left the company and I'm getting "bridged appearances must be removed before removal"... I'm just not sure where/how to look for this bridged appearance.

they were a member of coverage answer group, but I've taking them out of that and am still having the issue. Any direction would help.

thank you. There was some weird extension that had it in there. It was more of a template than an actual number.
