When I go to modify an existing Brick-Level backup, or try to select it from creating a new backup, the ArcServe Manager program just freezes. Any ideas on what to look at?
What version of ARCServe ???
Is Exchange installed on a remote server?
Has it worked before?
If Yes? What changed, that might have triggered this behaviour?
ArcServe is version 9, build 2020. Exchange is on the local network. It's been working for months. What changed is that when I returned from vacation the job last result was "Crashed." (According to my erswhile assistant [and the log] the five previous times it ran during my vacation, it completed successfully.)
