BRI access denied

Hi all.

I have a new BRI instal on MiVB9. It receives incoming calls fine but when making outgoing calls there is access denied.
This is not from COR as I can make outgoing calls if I programme to call out an analogue trunk.
The 3300 is set on country UK. I have been playing around with ISDN protocol but not sure what it should exactly be or whether that is were I should even be looking at.

First thing I would check is "public network access via dpnss" is enabled against the trunk and extension class of service.

Yes that one is enabled.
