Breakout in VM Pro

I have an incoming call route pointed to Voicemail, its 1 DID, how do I make it so that they can break out of the Voicemail Node to the receptionist, I have a shortcode in the IP office pointing all who dial 0 goes to receptionist, but i cant get it to work with VM, any ideas? I tried putting a SC in vm pro but i couldnt get it to work.

Point the IncommingCallRoute to VM:Modulename, create a new module.

Module___Menu add touchtones click on + and add ??? if you have 3 digit extension.

Save/Makelive
