Thanks in advanced. It has been a long time since I tried this and ready previous post but it isn't helping. I have 3 ext that I am trying to set up brdg-appr for. I need ext y and z to be able to answer x when they recieve a call. X is already part of a coverage answer-group. Any help is much appreciated. Here is what I have programmed so far. I also have brdiged call alerting set to y and restrict last apprearence set to n.

You know you can do it that way, but it gets a lot more convoluted using bridge appearances.

Why not just create a coverage path that rolls to the other stations? Uses less buttons. You CAN transfer back to the originating line. And should still accomplish what you need.

If the person at station X leaves for whatever reason, have them hit Send-calls and the calls go to the second point of coverage.

When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?

The customer is being a pain and wants it to ring on a certain button. So the way I have it should work?

It should unless the CAG gives you grief. I have seen some problems come from mixing bridged calls that are also in CAG's. Also remind this programming wiz of a customer that if one of the others takes a call on Y or Z they will not be able to transfer the call back to X. Their already on an appearance of X.

Let me know if you need more help.
