Branch Off question

Sorry to trouble you all, its been sooo long that I've done a branch office I've starting to forget stuff I should know. In the wisdom of some an option 81c was uninstalled however a remote site had a BO installed & now hasn't registered to its host system for the past 35 days.

the question being two fold, 1.what happens when this days remaining timer drops to 0, & 2. Can this be reset with a power cycle to keep it running?

yes sysload resets the timer
