bpclntcmd -pn not returning master information

Hi,
I am a bit stuck an not too sure how to proceed.
I am running netbackup master ver 4.5 on a solaris 9 system. I am trying to backup an INTEL server and fails unable to connect. I ran the bpclntcmd -pn on the Intel server and retuned info for the expected master server however the second line that should be returned from the master server indicating the connection name returned blank. Any help would be very much appriciated.

1. Do you have a firewall in your environment between the client and the master?
2. Check to see if you can telnet from the client to the master on the port 13720 (BPRD)
