bp_sts_open_disk failed: error 37//media open error (83)

NB 6.0 M4/Solaris 9

We do disk to disk backups (ie: no tapes involved). I am consistantly getting the following information from Detailed Status when I try to backup /backup/ims1/04 on one of our servers/NetApp devices. Help appreciated in resolving as I'm quite rusty on NetBackup.
Note, other filesystems backup up sucessfully. I have fsck'd the filesystem in question, and even pulled the Microsoft solution (rebooted).
