BP250 and Siemens HiPath H.323

My first post. I am trying to connect a Siemens HiPath 3000 to an Aastra BP250 with H.323 trunks.
Signalling works fine, with CLIP, but no speech.
Using standard PRI and ECMA1 then everything works. But the Siemens can not do ECMA1 with H.323.
Any suggestions besides getting a IP gateway?

we have made some lab tests 7 years ago with the same result.
When I remember right the problem was that the Hipath don´t open the channel for
the speech connection.
We have reported this towards Siemens but as they were not interested in solving
this topic, we have made no further tests since that time...
