Hi all,

I was tried to load the promt bye cmd 4450 when i put the card position and then 2# the display
shows FECILITY NOT ALLOWED Message came. why so how to solve it.

You can only load the prompts when 4603 is activated.

I DID check 4601,4602,4603 still not working;

-did you make a warmstart after you activate 4603, than the prompts are still activated.
-what is shown in BMS->Maintenance->Resources Voice memory

Have you load a true prompts on PCMCI?Release BP250??

I didn't warm start it. hope it will work after the warm start.

Or try to restart the VMU card through BMS. then try to load prompt.

HI ALL,

I did warm start it. and also restarted the card,
still it is not loading. the prompt by command 4411 and music by cmd 4427 i can play it.
but when cmd 4450 and card pos no 6 2nd # the message showing facility not allowed.
how to proceed any suggessions.

when you can listen to the moh in 4427 the prompts are still loaded,
that is the reason why you get facility not allowed.

try to check the compact flash files especially ANNO4 directory for music on hold & when reloading voice files 4450 do not enter the number of board position keep pressing enter and don't care it will know the position automaticaly
