Hi all,
I'm trying configure a SIP Trunk to send originator caller ID on forwarded calls. I've been told (by the provider) that, the invite package i'm sending, must include both diversion and remote caller ID headers with proper info.
They also send me an example invite message which is like below.
Number A calls number B which is on IP Office (9.0.8) and call is forwared to number C
INVITE sip:NUMBER C@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5060;rport;branch=z9hG4bKfc22fa26e6b11918b023e63f061755ef
From: <sip:NUMBER A@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX>;tag=5b6a51fee5f9d869
To: <sip:NUMBER C@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX>
Call-ID: b42314b1536552f96f8ad64c0f9b99f1
CSeq: 1892337829 INVITE
Contact: @XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5060;transport=udp>
Max-Forwards: 70
Allow: INVITE,ACK,CANCEL,OPTIONS,BYE,INFO,REFER,NOTIFY,UPDATE
Content-Type: application/sdp
Supported: timer
User-Agent: IP Office 9.0.8.0 build 990
Diversion: <sip:NUMBER B@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5060>;reason=unconditional;screen=no;privacy=off
Remote-Party-Id: <sip:NUMBER A@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5060>;screen=yes
I'm not sure if this is possible just with IP Office.(Maybe it can be done with SBC).
Any ideas ?
