We have recently deployed the 7965 ipts

Kindly assist me to implemet the above feature.

Calls from four users(each with his own phone) to be transfered to the secretary when busy/not available.

Do these extensions have voicemail? Is this going to be an automated forward or just when the user wants it forwarded?

create an extra line button on both phones.
use a non used internal number for it, not kown by others
program a speeddial on both phones.

boss can then call secr. on that 2nd number and vice versa.
