I use Delphi 7 Professional on Windows XP Professional.
A few hours ago my PC locked up and I rebooted. Now each time I try to start D7 I get the following message
I uninstalled D7 and reinstalled it (twice). Each time I get the same message.
A google search brought up some hits but none has proved effective so far.
Has anyone come across this before and better still know how to fix the problem? Otherwise, it looks like I'm going to have to re-install Windows.

'Exit' is the only button on the dialog and when this is clicked Delphi exits.Borland license information was found, but it is not valid for Delphi.
You can not run Delphi without this information.
Click the 'Exit' button to exit Delphi.
