Border over anchored frame

I've imported a graphic - an anchored frame was automatically created.

how do i add a border around the frame?

One thing i tried was a fill at 1pt. However, this doesn't move with the frame.

Try Graphics/tools and then draw a rectangle around the frame.

A quicker way is to select the anchored frame and then, using the Drawing palette, set a pen pattern.

If you want more precise control of the border; for example, you don't want it to encompass the entire anchored frame, go with drawing the rectangle.
