Border color not loading!!!

I am using front page for XP. I changed the border properties color to silver and i love the way it looks, however it does not publish to my site for some reason. i have tried everything i can think of even trying to put a picture in the borders, but it does not work. Any info would be great!!

sorry i should have included that info. I am using IE to view the site at home and at work and the URL is

It looks to me all borders are set to 0. Try table or cell properties to add a 1-2 pixel border then publish. Otherwise try editing directly on the server via FTP. DeZiner

I'm sorry i meant the page borders not the picture borders, like around the top, side and bottom, where the title and navigation are. i can't get it to publish to the server, but it works fine when i preview.
