Hi,
After cloning a server with NIM installation , we got a weird issue

bootlist -m normal -o
#hdisk0=hd5
#hdisk0=hd5
#hdisk1=hd5
#hdisk1=hd5

how can we fix it to display only one hdisk0 and one hdisk1

thanks for your help

hi team,
I made some mistakes ,

this is the display

bootlist -m normal -o
#hdisk0 blv=hd5
#hdisk0 blv=hd5
#hdisk1 blv=hd5
#hdisk1 blv=hd5

Thanks for your replies

I gues you have two paths to each of your hdisk in rootvg...

vscsi disks in dual-vio configuration? MPIO serves them through two vscsci devices (each one from another VIO server)...

can it be?

what lspath command shows?

hi w5000,
the path was and is good...
the weird stuff is that the ODM kept old customized hdisk
I cleaned and did savebase 3 times ...and all is working fine.
Thanks for your reply

I wish you a Happy new Year 2011
