Trying to boot a toughbook model cf-30 without either a cd or floppy drive. I have an external usb floppy drive but cannot get the machine to boot using it. I looked in the bios and did not see any options to boot from usb floppy.

Am I completely missing something?

Does it have a network connection or capability of booting off the network?

If the toughbook was made in the last 5 years, it may possibly boot off a USB memory stick or a USB floppy.

Yes it does have a network connection. Actually what I would like to do is boot the toughbook and get an image from a ghostcast server.

The toughbook is only about 2 years old I believe.

Thanks for the reply.
