I believe that your PC must be using com1.
If you want to change port numbers on your PC:
- Go to Control Panel\Device Manager\Ports (COM & LTP)
- Right click the Communications Port (COM4) & click Properties
- Click Port Settings\Advanced
There will be a drop down box with all the comm port numbers available.
