Booting a graphical image, upon bootup??

Hi all,

It's a sad question i know, but saw a film quite a while back, and one of the posts in here reminded me of it.

How can i get to boot an image (animated if poss) when my ststem starts to boot up? like a dancing penguin or something. he he.
