bootinfo -r shows 0

Trying to investigate a problem with thrashing I type bootinfo -r and get 0.
Yet
lsattr -E -l sys0 -a realmem displays
realmem 4014080 Amount of usable physical memory in Kbytes False

System is AIX 5.3 on Machine type-model: 9115-505

Any hints?

What will IBM support ask you for is whether you have the latest updates! So what's your oslevel -s?
