Booted Users

I am experiencing the problem of my users getting booted out of their application on a regular basis. No error message shows up to either the user or on the server(s), it just does the whole "saving your settings..." thing like they are logging out and their session closes. All performance monitor counters and network bandwidth are within acceptable parameters, yet this still happens.
Sometimes, rebooting the Citrix servers seems to take care of the problem, but not always.
Has anyone else experienced a high level of boot outs like this?
 
Have you checked your "disconnect after x idle" settings?
 
It could be when they first open the app, or two hours later. They could be working the whole time, or idle for 15 minutes. There really seems to be no pattern to it at all. That is why it is so frustrating.

Have you found any messages in the Citrix server's event log?
