boot problem

Hi Guys,
I've installed on a E450 successfully. When I rebooted the system, after displaying the banner it display a message Drive not ready.From the obp prompt I did a scsi-probe-all it display the HD's.I boot the machine with CDROM and loged in single usermode. from the format menu when i try to access the disk0(boot)its saying disk unformated.Please help me to fix it.
