Hello,
Can anyone tell me what a good Operating System book to read for a beginner to intermediate user.

Thanks

Exam cram worked for me ! As well as Sybex and New riders
To say the best thing is reading these books is a.o.k But try to apply 200% of your time to doing alot of hands on , as you read the books !

TomR100,

I second what Mattwray said, that is by far the best book on Server that I have come across. Minasi is very easy to understand and extremely thorough.

Have fun,

Also Inside Windows 2000 Server by David A Solomon and Mark E Russinovich, although this is more an intermediate to advanced book and a bit dry, it's superb reference. CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
