Hi,

I was wondering if there are any books/articles/other resources (like websites etc.) to learn OpenText ECM suite.

Please respond at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.

At present there are no books, the best resources, in addition to this group, are the ones provided by OT :

(requires you to be a customer/partner)
(registration required)

There are a few other sites that I highly recommend :

Additionally there is a very good Yahoo! group :

Were you looking to learn a specific module / role ?

Greg,

Thank you for the prompt response.

I wanted to have a sound knowledge of Livelink. A little background, I am a consultant to a firm and they are quite certain they would move from their in-house legacy system to Opentext ecm suite.

That's why I was wondering if you could tell me where I need to look so as to understand the software suite from a Consultant/Business Analyst's point of view.

Thank you.

OT do a specific course for Consultants ( which is worth doing, among many others on their site. However, with any large system it is worth knowing what it can really do and how it should be deployed etc, in which case I would recommend engaging with an experienced OT resource or firm such as Logica who can support and mentor you and the firm through this.
