Book offering free Windows Server 2003 CD 1

Hello,

A couple of weeks ago I read at microsoft.com that a windows server 2003 book was available and had a single user license CD with it.

I cannot find the link to that at microsoft.com, I would appreciate if somebody could pls help be find the book which offers a single user license for server 2003.

There is an Eval Kit here:

You can get a free copy of Windows 2003 by ordering a course or buying an exam voucher.
