Bolding Text in Dynamic Text Box 1

Hi All

I have created a dynamic text box and I want to bold the first line of every paragraph.

When I do this to the text and preview it Bolds all the text in the text box.

I am using Flash MX, Dynamic text in a text box that is scrollable.

Any help greatly appreciated

Is the text loaded in from a text file, or are you typing it directly in the textfield, or setting it with AS?

Typing it directly into the text box

You'll probably have to resort to html formated text.
Give an instance name to your textfield, clear it of any typed in text and of any variable in the Var box if you have set one, and define the text with AS...

my_textfield.html = true; // Or select the html tab (<>)
my_textfield.htmlText = &quot;Hello <b>World</b>!&quot;;

For the 11 only html1.0 tags officially supported by Flash...
