I found a bogus SPN that I cannot out

FLEN 0
CLTP NONE
RLI 7
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

Trying to out in 90 and it keeps saying

ESN0115
Too few or too many digits entered.
Re-enter only 1 -4 digits per field of SPN.
Severity: Info

You need to enter the SPN with spaces, i.e.

SPN 1900 5558 374

You need to do the following..

1900 5558 374. It's always been the case to have a space after every 4 digits to remove an SPN!.
