Does anyone have a wiring diagram on how to connect a Bogen UTI312 to a Station Port on IPOffice. I'm fairly certain you have to use a 330ohm 1/2 watt resistor, just not sure how to wire it all up.

Solution - To Setup Station Paging using a Bogen UTI1 or UTI312 Multizone Pager:

Parts:
1 Biscuit Block with RJ11 4 Wire Jack
1 330 Ohm 1/2 Watt Resistor
1 Standard RJ11 4 Wire Line Cord
1 Cat3/5/5e/6 Cable
1 RJ45 Mod Plug

Instructions:
1. Program IPOffice Analog Extension Port as Paging Speaker (Example Ext 135)
2. Create Short Code
Code: *60 (Or whatever you want)
Feature: Dial Paging
Telephone Number: 135 (Or whatever you made Ext in Step 1)
Line Group: 0
3. Use Cable & RJ45 - Crimp RJ45 to Cable - White/Blue on Pin 4, Blue/White on Pin 5
4. On other end of cable attach White/Blue to Pin 2 & Blue White to Pin 3 (or center pair of other size jack)
5. Connect the 330 Ohm Resistor between the 2 center pins on the biscuit block (Creating a resistance bridge)
6. Connect Line Cord to Trunk/Page Port on Bogen UTI
7. Set Switches on Bogen UTI:
Put the Port Selector Switch in Center Position (Page Port)
Put other Switch on VOX

You will only be able to page using Short Code or Button configured as Dial Page, you CAN NOT dial the analog extension directly.

That's it, you should be able to page now! If you're using a UTI312 you may need to crank the volume on the ZX3 Modules for it work correctly.

^Nice. All the UTI1's I've worked with come with a 600ohm resister. It's so much easier hooking these up to trunk ports. The station ports seem pretty easy, but I guess it depends on what's on the other end.
