CRS11 setup with .Net WCA works fine. When I install the SP1, I can not view the reports. I tried changing to different viewers but reports does not show and I am getting No Page Server/Cache Servers connected. I have confirmed that all the servers are enabled and in the running state.
Just to confirm this issue with SP1, I have restored back to original installation and have re-istalled SP1 number of times and issue stays same.
When I roll back to original installation everything works fine.
Anybody encountered this issue and any ways to fix it.
We started considering SP2 because of a viewer-subreport issue (detailed in a different thread titled "Crystal reports viewer error in XI: Unable to connect:")
Tech support couldnt nail the issue down so they asked us to install SP1. In the entire list of fixes listed under SP1 (74 pages) I dont see this issue specifically addressed. So it may be a happenstance that it may be solved.

Have you considered dropping and readding the Page Server/CacheServer ?
Changing page server properties to run under a administrator account ?
TheGoldMineGuru is right that you have to configure DEP. In my case it was already configured.
So, why it was not working in my case. There will be a kbase out on this in couple of days.
Here is the scenario, we are using BOE XI MLB (Multiple Language Build). In this build, for CacheServer.exe which is supposed to be in win32_x86, is available in win32_x86/win32_x86. This means before applying SP1, move copy of this file to root win32_x86 and then run the SP1. It should work fine now. This is the reason I was not able to see Cache Server while adding a new server.
why would they have win32_x86/win32_x86 with only one file cacheserver.exe in it.............Interesting huh.....
