Bluetooth for Softphone

I have a person who wants to be able to use the bluetooth from the pc via the softphone.

When I setup his softphone on his pc, the only option under the Audio Tuning Wizard gave me Simga Tel and no others.

You probably didn't install the drivers for the bluetooth headset.

When I installed the Plantronics USB adapter to go with my Voyager 510, I was then able to choose it under the audio tuning wizard. If you go with Plantronics, make sure to install their PerSonoCall applications to control softphone.
