Bluetooth Avaya 3725 Dect Handset

I have a problem activating Bluetooth on a Avaya 3725 Dect Handset. When i try to activate in in the settings, i get Failed.
Anyone has any suggestions what is causing this?

What do you mean with "When i try to activate in in the settings"?
It is just turn on or off and when on register a device to it like any bluetooth device.
I have done this many times with bluetooth headsets without any problem.

it is the turning to on that doesn't work on this handset
