The IP address of our Blue Pumpkin server has changed. Does anyone know where to change those settings on the CMS V6?

I am sure the documentation would tell me plain as day, but unfortunatly it is currently missing.

By looking at the cron logs I found it.
It was in
/export/home/pserv/blue3/etc/ for those of you looking to do the same.

The file that contained all of my settings was setup.cfg

You will probably want to change the entry in the hosts file. From recollection it can be found in /etc/hosts

There should be a entry for your Blue Pumpkin Exchange server.

Cheers
Rupert

Documentation is available 24 hours a day at support.avaya.com. Avayas server is always slower than a turtle, but it is there.

Question about this. I am in the same boat. I have CMS v11 and we just installed two new BluePumpkin servers for our test environment. We already have two sessions running in the CMS for Real-Time adherence and also to FTP connections for historical to BP. I need to change the IP addresses/ports so that the second feeds hit against our Test environment now. I looked over the information listed in the emails and it does help somewhat but does anyone know the detailed instructions to set this up. I really hate to pay Avaya a ton of money just to make a small change like this. Also, as a heads up I am going to need to add an additional Session for adherence at some point as we have a new ACD that wants to use the system now. Historical data as well will be fed to the BP system. I looked at Avaya's website but there documentation is not very good, or I could have been looking in the wrong place. Either case, I really need to know how to do this. And while the Avaya equipment is great, after the fact changes they seem to want to stick it to us with. Any help would be appreciated
