Our actual calls are off by an hour (ahead, for some reason).

I've checked the switch time, CMS time and BP time. These are all correct. I've resent intervals (no change). I also checked the FTP log from CMS/Blue Pumpkin menu but nothing strikes me.

On the BP server, this file:
split1032020120700.txt

Has this in it:
Date: 03/20/2012
Time: 07:00-07:30

Any ideas? We're running ASA 1.2, CMS 12, BP Director Professional.

What time zone is the CMS in? What time zone is the PBX in? What time zone is the BP server in?

Kevin

They should be all the same, EST. I'm not sure how to check this?

I do run into this problem (um, twice a year!) but usually I find the CMS Unix time is off. I update that, and resend intervals, and am fine until the next time.
