Blue Grid Lines in Acrobat Approval

We have a specialized from created with Adobe Approval that opens in Adove Acrobat. One of my users has hit a some hot key combination and now blue grid lines show up in the form, kind of like design guidelines for form.

I can not figure out the hot key combination she used to return to the regular view, I can not go through the menu's becuase the form was designed so that the menu's are hidden from the user.

I am completely stumped, sound familiar to anyone?

If it's the same as the full Acrobat (which I'd guess it would be) the shortcut key is Ctrl + U (toggles the guidelines on and off).
