I figured out how to block spam using Mail security for exchange 4.0

However, I want to be able to quarantine the message, but not let the user see it. What it is doing now is that it quarantines it, and tells the user that. I want it to move the message immediately without knowledge to the user. Then, I can review the quantine contents and see if some of those messages have been accidentally blocked. If the message still goes through to the user, even though it identifies it as spam, there isn't a point because they are still getting the messages.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Can you please share with me how to block the spam?

Thnaks in advance

policies
standard or exception policy
filtering sub policy
pick your trigger (quarantine tiggered attachment names for one)
go down to action
delete entire message

thanks.. by the way do you know how do block pics within the body of the email

in the filtering subpolicy -
quarantine triggered attachment names should be searching message body aswell as attachment, if not there is a problem with the exchange, sms connection and you should call symantec support.

will this stop just the pics within body? what about the ligit pics?
