Blocking some internet mails

How can I block mails from the likes of yahoo and hotmail.

I tried IMS - Message Filtering and declared yahoo.com and hotmail.com to no avail.

Help please!!

Did you stop and restart the Internet Mail Service after putting the domains into the blocked list?

also, you need to put the @ symbol before the domain names when you list them....
