blocking numbers in LD 90 - NPA 1

Good morning, I am trying to block a number from being dialed, (which my office does often), and I've run out of SDR blocks. can anyone tell me how to expand MXSD regarding LD 90? I don't know what load to look for this feature and what to do when I find it. Thanks for your assistance. See below:
